As the HR Area Manager, you will serve as the strategic HR partner for our customers? facilities within your assigned region. You are the primary point of contact for plant leadership, providing hands-on guidance to ensure operational excellence and workforce stability. This role requires a versatile professional who can balance high-level compliance with daily personnel management.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory:Act as the lead HR consultant for plant management teams on all people-related matters.
- Compliance & Auditing:Conduct regular internal HR audits to ensure facilities meet company standards and legal regulations.
- Talent Management:Drive the full employee lifecycle by overseeing recruitment efforts and managing sensitive termination processes.
- Data Analysis:Gather key workforce metrics and compile actionable reports to influence regional decision-making.
- Benefits Oversight:Assist with regional benefits administration and open enrollment initiatives.
- Sanitation Integration:Apply specialized knowledge of sanitation standards (as applicable) to support safety and HR compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a multi-site HR leadership or generalist role.
- Deep understanding of labor laws, benefits administration, and HR best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into reports.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence leadership at the plant level.
- Background inSanitationorIndustrial Manufacturingenvironments is highly preferred.
