The Position
The Senior Sales Manager, Club & Mass (SSM) will be responsible for leading and expanding the company's strategic relationship with Walmart while overseeing all Mass and Club customers. This individual will serve as a critical driver of business growth, managing all aspects of the customer relationship, from strategic planning and execution to performance tracking and optimization.
This role presents a unique opportunity to own and grow relationships with top-tier retail partners, ensuring the successful execution of customer strategies and contributing meaningfully to the brand?s visibility and profitability.
The SSM will have a combination of strong personal selling capabilities but also be flexible and adaptable to ever-changing market conditions. Above all, this person must love pioneering and launching innovative products.
Further, from a personal standpoint, the ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, a high level of adaptability, and should epitomize collaboration and possess excellent communication skills.
Specific Responsibilities
The successful candidate will develop and implement sales growth strategies with a primary focus on new and existing Mass and Club customers. The SSM will develop aggressive sales plans, strengthen relationships with key customers (existing and new), and identify new opportunities for growth, including growing with existing customers and developing new customer and channel opportunities.
