In this role, you won't just be pushing products—you'll own client relationships, partner directly with R&D, and help food and beverage brands bring vibrant, next-generation concepts to life.
What You'll Do
- Drive Business Growth:Prospect, pitch, and close new deals with food and beverage brands using our premium flavor systems and natural color solutions.
- Be a Strategic Partner:Work hand-in-hand with clients to understand their formulation goals and deliver custom, value-added ingredient packages.
- Cross-Selling Collaboration:Partner directly with our internal R&D and applications teams to turn consumer trends into market-ready products utilizing our branded and technical ingredients solutions.
- Stay Ahead of Trends:Track market shifts—from clean-label demands to functional ingredients—and turn market insights into revenue opportunities.
- Hit & Exceed Goals:Own your pipeline, hit performance metrics, and build lasting, high-value client accounts.
What You Bring
- 3+ Years of B2B Sales Experience:Proven background in flavors, food ingredients, natural colors, or specialty ingredients.
- Deal-Closing Mindset:A track record of expanding client accounts, managing pipeline efficiency, and closing new business.
- Hunter Mentality: A relentless desire to prospect for new business opportunities
- Industry & Trend Fluency:Strong grasp of food and beverage development, clean-label trends, and formulation basics.
- Modern Communication Skills:Exceptional pitch, presentation, and negotiation abilities—whether in-person, over Zoom, or at industry trade shows.
- Autonomy & Hustle:Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of your territory.
