large, well established, rapidly growing dessert manuf. looking for an experienced Director of Retail Sales in Florida. Current VP retiring and this position will lead to replacing him. Director of Retail Sales
Position based in Orlando, FL corporate office
Ideal candidate will have minimum 10 years of experience managing brokers/customers in ISB
Reports to VP Sales & Marketing
Short term position will include managing existing company business in the Southeast United States while looking for growth opportunities to expand market share
Mid-term position growth would include above while merging management of current RSM in NE to expand base of knowledge in that region
Long-term position growth would include training to evolve into VP Sales & Marketing role as current VP phases out over time(2-3 years out)
Past experience working in privately held, entrepreneurial company would be beneficial to candidate
