A multi-generational, well-respected, family-operated, Fresh Produce Distribution Company, seeks to add a multi-talented and proven People and Sales leader. The company is seeking a Director/VP Salesto work alongside of the family and to lead its long-tenured associates. The preferred candidate will likely come from the quality and high-volume fresh produce distribution world. However, the company is open to look at stellar performers in the food and/or beverage distribution industry. The company is looking for a real rainmaker relative to sales leadership and success. Strong fresh produce or other fresh product sales that are time and temperature-sensitive distribution experience is a must. The top candidate must also be metrics-driven, KPI strong and P&L savvy. A lucrative base salary and bonus program will be customized for this special new addition to their team.
