Food and nutrition offers a wide variety of opportunities, including working for food and beverage manufacturers in research and labeling, or working for the public sector in regulation and nutrition standards. Nutritionists can also research animal health and work in the feed industry, or educate the public on healthy diets in community organizations. A job in food and nutrition will require a diploma or degree in nutrition, dietetics, health sciences, public health, or a related field. Some job titles include registered dietician, holistic nutritionist, and public health nutritionist.
