We are seeking a Sr. Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness Manager who will be responsible for partnering with the executive/senior management team to provide succession planning, leadership development, and talent management solutions to improve employee readiness for increased responsibilities, as well as the effectiveness of leaders, managers, and the growing organization. The Sr. Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness Manager will also be responsible for researching, assessing, recommending, and evaluating solutions for achieving optimum employee and organizational performance. This position reports to the Chief Human Resource Officer.

Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Create curriculums across various levels in the organization to meet developmental needs in terms of skill enhancement, leadership and managerial skills, business acumen, along with ROI measurement of these programs

  • Lead Talent Management and Succession Planning processes with partnership and direction from CHRO

  • Coach and mentor team members to help them achieve their leadership potential and career goals

  • Conduct organizational need assessments

  • Create individual development plans and ensure plans are executed in accordance with the Company's Succession Planning Program

  • Design, develop and promote employee/leadership development programs. These include:

    • Leadership and management training curriculum

    • Talent management (succession planning, high potential identification)

    • Individual development plans

    • Other development initiatives as required

  • Develop the roadmap for building functional excellence within the organization

  • Assist in translating insights into actions that have a significant impact on the unit's performance and culture

  • Continuous Learner- Stays current and maintains a general understanding of learning resources and trends

  • Team Builder- Develops clear direction, involves others, facilitates goal accomplishment

  • Immersed in Learning & Development- Comprehensive knowledge of learning and development principles including familiarity with instructional design, technology-based learning, adult learning theory, skill development, change management, and process design

  • Knowledgeable about HR- Understands human resources processes, policies, and programs as well as the sensitivity of safeguarding confidential materials and communications


Skills and Experience You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Training, Organizational Development and/or Human Resources Development or equivalent experience

  • HR certification(s) a plus

  • Experience in a Training or Organizational Development role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality

  • Must have the ability to define problems, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and address problems involving several concrete and non-concrete variables

  • The ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and be proactive

  • Possess practical and technical skills as well as the ability to communicate the department's objectives in a clear and persuasive manner

  • The ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances and ability to resolve conflict with minimal assistance
