PROJECT RELATIONS SPECIALIST
Food manufacturing company located in south Chicago suburb north of Oak Lawn.
Full time Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
In this position you are assigned accounts.You manage the food manufacturing projects (like cookies, crepes, health food bars...), working with each department as the project goes through different stages - purchasing, quality, trial runs, production, warehousing, shipping, invoicing, etc - and you keep the customer informed every step of the way.
This is a very detailed position that requires excellent communication and computer skills.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel is helpful.
Starting salary depends on the experience you bring. $40,000k - $70,000k would be a reasonable starting range, the higher end if you have food manufacturing industry experience in this type of job. The lower end if we need to start you as support until you grow into the role. There are some big learning curves if you are new to the food industry.
