Main Ingredients of the Job- Safely and accurately select customer orders.
- Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
- Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack.
- Carefully move products from racks to pallets as directed by order-selecting software and equipment.
- Validate that correct product has been selected and is damage-free.
- Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
- Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets, and return pallet jacks to the charging area.
Schedule- Work Days: Sunday-Thursday from 4:30 pm until completion (8-10 hr shifts)
Physical Requirements- Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5°F to over 100°F.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively, moving 1,000+ cases per shift.
What You Bring to the Table- Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, receive safety instruction, and complete reports.
- Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, Sunday through Thursday (weekends and holidays as needed).
- Recent experience in a physically demanding or endurance-based role preferred (e.g., sports, construction, warehouse).
- Experience selecting large-scale orders or operating a motorized pallet jack preferred.
