Principal Accountabilities

  • Use of a powered industrial truck (PIT) to move product to and from different departments in the work area
  • Must be able to help with all aspects of the shipping and receiving areas
  • Requires the ability to read numbers, do basic math and fill out paperwork
  • Handle these and all other assignments while making safety the number one priority
  • Employee is regularly exposed to a fast-paced cold environment with slippery surfaces at times; moving mechanical parts
  • Position requires standing and walking throughout the shift and the use of PPE is required in all areas of the facility


Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to do basic math calculations, example: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Ability to use a powered industrial truck (PIT) or eligible to acquire license and maintain the license
  • Have basic computer skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous production and food handling experience
  • Previous forklift and power equipment experience
  • Work history in the last 12 months
