Senior Packaging Engineer, Central Arkansas
Lead and collaborate packaging development across these formats: aluminum cans, glass bottles, and PET multiserve bottles
Partner internally to support a "state-of-the-art" 350+ employee high speed beverage facility. Blue-Chip client base
Apply deep knowledge with material selection and testing to identify optimal can substrates, glass formulations, PET resins, and closure systems
Develop and maintain detailed specifications, improve existing designs and participate in scale-up process
Track record of delivering high results in Dairy, Food or Beverage Industry Packaging design

Qualifications
1. Degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related Field
2. 5-7 years experience in Dairy, Beverage, Coffee or Food Industry manufacturing
3. Strong knowledge of can seaming, glass bottle filling and capping, PET stretch blow molding, closure systems and beverage line sealing technologies
