Ready to lead major industrial projects without living on the road?This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to leadmulti-million-dollar capital projects from cradle to completionwhile providing engineering support to multiple manufacturing facilities. Forestry/wood products experience and PE designation preferred. AutoCAD experience is required, but SKM Power Tools experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities for this Regional Mechanical Project Engineer:
- Lead major projects including design, procurement, upgrades, construction, and startup
- Provide engineering support to multiple manufacturing plants
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, vendors, and contractors
- Approximately20% travel.
Minimum Requirements for this Regional Mechanical Project Engineer:
- B.S. in Engineering;Mechanical Engineering preferred
- At least 10 years of heavy industrial project engineering experience
- Proven experience leadingmulti-million-dollar projects from cradle to completion
- Strong communication and project management skills
- AutoCAD experience required.
