KeyResponsibilities:
Conferwithmanagementforguidanceinresolvingemployeecomplaintsandorgrievances.
Ensureallassociatesadheretomaintenance,production,andprocessingstandards.
Plan,coordinateandmanagetheactivitiesofhourlyassociatesengagedinthemaintenance,production,andprojectwork.
Developmaintenanceplansandactivities.
Direct,review,andapprovedesign,andchangestotheequipmentorthefacility.
Analyzecharts,workorders,historicaldata,maintenanceandproductionschedulesinordertomeetcustomerrequirementsandsetdaily/monthlypreventativemaintenanceactivities.
Ensuresafeoperationofallequipment,trainsassociatesasnecessary,andpromptlyinvestigatesandreportsallsafetyconcerns.
Managingtherepairmaterialsbudgetandspending
Completebudgetsandrequestsforfundinginsupportofplantneeds.
Planandestablishmaintenanceschedules,assignments,tomeetproductionsequencestomeetdailygoals.Createandfollowuponthemaintenancedayschedule.
Orderandinspectmaterials,parts,andequipmenttodetectdefectsormalfunctions.Determinebestproblem-solvingsolution.
EnsureallCompanyproceduresandpoliciesareenforced.
Monitorworkordersystem,partsinventory,usingSAP,andothersystems.
Provideperformancereviewsasnecessary.
Establishaworkingenvironmentwhichpromotestheimportanceofemployeesactingwithintegrityandinanethicalmanner.
Ensuretheexecutionofkeyinternalcontrolswithintheareaofresponsibility.

Requirements:
Bachelor?sdegree;preferablyinEngineering.
Atleast5yearsworkinginahighspeedmanufacturingenvironmentasamanufacturing/maintenancemanagerorsupervisor.
ProductionandProcessing:Knowledgeofrawmaterials,productionequipmentandprocesses,qualitycontrol,andothertechniquesformaximizingtheeffectivemanufactureanddistributionofgoods.
AdministrativeandManagement:Knowledgeofbusinessandmanagementprinciplesinvolvedinplanning,resourceallocation,employeerelations,leadershiptechniques,inthecoordinationofpeopleandresources.
Mechanical:Knowledgeofmachines,tools,includingtheirdesigns,uses,repair,andmaintenance.
ElectricalknowledgeofPLC,LogicandProgrammingandITsystems.
Understandingofanalyticaltoolsinmakingdatabaseddecisions.
Understandingofreliabilitytoolsforassetutilization.
SAPpreferred.
Experienceinaunionenvironmentisstronglypreferred.
Experience with Six Sigma, Lean or other improvement philosophies.
