The Judge Group is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment making Electromechanical devices.
COMPENSATION:80k - 90k
RELOCATION:Relocation assistance provided for the right candidate
LOCATION:Lincoln, NE (This is an onsite position)
MUST HAVE:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
MUST HAVE:2+ years of electromechanical design experience (Pumps and Valves (Fluid management) and X,Y,Z motion mechanical systems)
MUST HAVE:Experience taking products from the design team through manufacturing
Responsibilities:-Primary responsibility for sustaining engineering, technical support, Troubleshooting and NPI onto the floor
-Contribute to product improvements, cost reductions, and component obsolescence
-Participate in production line support, purchasing and customer service support
-Resarch and design engineering
-Cost saving projects, work with product line quality team, support production line issues,
-Engage directly with clients on manufacturing issues
-Product designs (Design, Build, Validate, Document)
-Research new technologies
Experience with:
-Solidworks or other 3D CAD software
-Movement oriented mechanical systems
-Some knowledge of CNC machined part and sheet metal part, plastic part design (machined and molded) design
Requirements:-BS, Mechanical Engineering
-2+ years experience.
