Maintenance Manager - Food ManufacturingMonticello, WI | $110,000-$150,000 | Up to $7,500 relocationWe're recruiting a Maintenance Manager for an established food manufacturer in southern Wisconsin. This person will lead a 12-person maintenance team and take ownership of equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, projects and the department budget.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM.
What we're looking for:- 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong management responsibility
- Real experience managing budgets and making equipment-purchase decisions
- Strong electrical, mechanical and hydraulic knowledge
- Experience in food, packaging or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Dairy or cheese manufacturing experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required
