Maintenance & Facilities Manager
Salary $140,000 $160,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to NE US
An established industrial manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead plant maintenance, internal tooling operations, and facilities at its Pennsylvania location, with additional oversight of a second manufacturing operation.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Lead maintenance and reliability programs to keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently.
- Oversee the internal machine shop/toolroom that supports tooling, dies, and replacement parts for manufacturing equipment.
- Manage plant facilities, utilities, contractors, maintenance budgets, and capital improvements.
- Lead and develop an approximately 30-person maintenance and facilities organization.
- Provide maintenance and operational oversight for the company?s second facility, with periodic travel.
WHAT YOU MUST BRING
- At least 7 years of progressive maintenance leadership in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading industrial maintenance teams and managing plant facilities.
- Working knowledge of machining, toolrooms, or in-house fabrication of production tooling and replacement parts.
- Ability to manage maintenance priorities, budgets, and technical personnel across manufacturing operations.
