Title: Engineering Manager

Location: Horsham, PA

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000

The Judge Group is seeking an Engineering Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Horsham, PA area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of manufacturing engineers focused on operational performance and process excellence.

• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and safety.

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement projects.

• Oversee implementation of new equipment, process transfers, and manufacturing technologies.

• Manage root cause investigations, CAPA activities, and customer issue resolution.

• Support cost reduction, lead time improvement, and new product introduction efforts.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Polymer, or related Engineering field.

• 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience; prior leadership experience preferred.

• Hands-on knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies.

• Experience with injection molding, extrusion, or similar manufacturing processes.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication abilities and proven success leading technical projects.
