- EngineeringDesign:Prepareconceptualengineeringdesignsandfloorplansforfiller/packagingequipment.
- ContinuousImprovement:UtilizeContinuousImprovementtoolstotroubleshootproblemsandidentifysolutionsthatreducedowntimeandconservecosts.
- ProjectTeamExpertise:Serveasanengineeringsubjectmatterexpertonlocalprojectteams.
- LayoutPlanning:Determinethelayoutofpiping,equipment,andutilitiesforengineeringchanges.
- Research&Trials:Researchengineeringtopics,preparestudies,andconducttrialswithproductionteams.
- CapitalProjects:Assistwiththetransitionofcapitalprojectstotheproductionplantteam.
- Adaptability:Stayopen-mindedandadaptabletomoderntechnologiesandprocesses.
- Documentation:Developandmaintaindocumentationinsupportoffiller/packagingchanges(ProcessDescription,Scope,ProcessDrawings,etc.).
- VendorManagement:Assessvendorsforcompetence,capabilities,resources,andfinancialstatus;reviewandnegotiatebiddocuments.
- ProjectDevelopment:Directthedevelopmentofactionplans,includingestimatesforresourcemanagement,labor,materials,andtimerequiredtocompleteprojects.
- ProjectAccountability:Accountableforprojectdevelopmentandexecution,includingbudget,schedule,andperformance.
- Reporting:Preparemonthlyreportsdetailingprogressandcostsfortopmanagement.
