Continuous Improvement Manager / Operational Excellence Lead

Summary:
Results-driven Continuous Improvement professional with 3 5+ years of experience driving Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and WCM initiatives within fast-paced manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and accelerateContinuous Improvement (CI)initiatives across the plant, advancing productivity, quality, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Implement and execute the plant?sOperational Excellence (OPEX) strategyusing the Edge Operating System framework.

  • Partner with plant leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into targeted CI projects that deliver measurable results.

  • Serve as acoach and mentorto leadership and frontline teams, building a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Promote and model theMindsets and Behaviorsthat drive engagement, accountability, and sustainable performance.

  • Work with regional and corporate OPEX Managers toidentify, standardize, and deploy best practicesacross multiple facilities.

  • Review site processes to uncover improvement opportunities, recommending and guiding interventions that optimize systems and procedures.

  • Championwaste elimination and reductioninitiatives to improve operational efficiency and cost performance.

  • Lead and facilitateimprovement projectsusing Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies to enhance plant performance and achieve KPI targets.

  • Establish and sustain acoaching culture, providing individual guidance and ongoing training to teams throughout transformation efforts.

  • Track progress against defined goals, ensure adherence to CI principles, and sustain gains through metric reviews and ongoing consultation.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure improvement efforts align with both short-term objectives and long-term business strategy.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor?s degreein Engineering or a related technical field.

  • 3 5+ yearsof Continuous Improvement experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

  • CertifiedLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt(preferred).

  • Demonstrated expertise inLean, TPM, and/or World Class Manufacturing (WCM)systems.
