Data Analystto join our
Credit Operations teamin the Southern Cone region.This role will play a key part in transforming data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving process automation within the team. This position will be located in Vicente Lopez, Argentina.The ideal candidate will have strong
analytical and technical skills, experience building management dashboards from multiple data sources, and familiarity with
SAP ERP. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to multiple automation and reporting projects.
Your Challenge:- Design, develop, and maintainmanagement dashboardsandperformance reportsusing multiple data sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across all reporting tools.
- Develop and supportautomated reportsanddata pipelinesfor periodic updates.
- Collaborate with the Credit & Collections team to identify data-driven opportunities for process improvement.
- Connect and integrate data fromSAPand other systems as required.
- Support and participate inautomation projects, including task automation and process optimization.
- Respond toad-hoc analysis requestsand adapt to evolving business needs.
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure data-driven decision-making.
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need:- Bachelor's degree inInformation Systems, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proficiency inSQLand/orPython
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in adynamic environmentand manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent inEnglish; is a need.
Desire Experience:.
- 2+ years of experiencein a data analysis or business intelligence role (preferably in finance, credit, or collections)
- Experience inautomating reporting processesis a plus.
- Experience working withSAPdata Integration sources isa must
- Strong experience withdata visualization tools(e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
