Drive preventative maintenance strategies, cost reduction initiatives, inventory control, safety programs, and team training while ensuring the facility meets and exceeds performance targets.

Schedule: Day Shift
Responsibilities- Supervise and direct associates to meet company goals and production requirements.
- Ensure that the associates are trained as required, orientated and developed to safely maintain the assets at or below budgets.
- Provide timely accurate and consistent reports for your area of responsibility and as required by management.
- Ensure that the Quality Improvement Process and Team Management concepts are effectively employed in your area of responsibility.
- Control costs and assets within established budgets.
- Be involved in projects such as equipment installations, line changes, etc.
- Maintain maximum efficiency for established goals.
Requirements- High School Diploma or GED equivalent and two years of technical college.
- Strong reading, communication math, writing, and analytical skills.
- 4-year post-secondary degree in a maintenance field preferred
