Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanic Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our automotive repair shop, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The Mechanic Manager will lead a team of skilled mechanics, manage workflow, and maintain equipment. We are a food manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of mechanics and support staff.
- Schedule and assign repair jobs and tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor work quality and provide guidance and training to team members.
- Maintain inventory of tools and parts, placing orders as necessary.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues.
- Prepare reports on shop performance, including labor hours and productivity.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certifications preferred.
- Proven experience as a mechanic, with at least

years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance.
