Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager for their manufacturing facility in northern Washington (state).
Responsibilities:
*Ensure all resources are being used efficiently and effectively
*Ensure all subordinates are following all laws and guidelines including OSHA, EPA, DHEC, and NEC guidelines
*Direct supervisors and mechanics for all maintenance work and ensure assignments are in relation to their skills
*Control duration, cost, quality, and thoroughness of all work
*Assign and direct all PM work orders
*Ensure safe work practices are followed
*Oversee skills training and development of employees
*Confirm all work is reported through the CMMS daily
*Supervise all direct reports, complete reviews and provide feedback
*Participate on continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
*5+ years technical management experience in a consumer products, food or beverage facility
*5+ years' PLC experience
*3+ years' capital project experience
*Experience with preventative/predictive maintenance
*Strong background managing salaried personnel (supervisors)
*Strong analytical ability
*Excellent communication skills
*Proven leadership ability
