Maintenance Manager

A growing food company located in Mount Jackson, VA is currently searching for a Maintenance Manager with poultry experience.

In return, the company offers a good starting salary, excellent benefits and relocation if needed

Salary range for this position is $110-125k plus 20% bonus

Qualifications & Requirements:

-Minimum of 8 years' experience in poultry food production maintenance

-5+ years maintenance superintendent or manager experience

-Experience in poultry protein conversion is a MUST

-Experience with procession equipment, PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics

-Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others

-Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
