Our client is expanding their business, and we?re excited to recruitField Service Technicianswho are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you?ll provide expert inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of industrial equipment and systems across theLITTLE ROCK, AR,area. This includes cranes, elevators, material handling equipment, hoists, conveyor systems, lifts, and more.
As a Field Service Technician, you?ll:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and systems.
- Recommend solutions that support both customer needs and company standards.
- Work with advanced electrical and mechanical systems, including controls such asVFD, Vector, and PLCs.
- Service equipment like lifts, cranes, elevators, conveyors, hoists, gear drives, material handling equipment, couplings, bearings, and more.
- Communicate effectively with site engineering teams and all levels of the organization.
- Bring a strong customer service mindset to every interaction.
Minimum requirements for this Field Service Technician position are:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 3 years as a maintenance technician in the heavy material handling equipment industry.
- Hands-on experience withVFD, Vector, and PLC controls, plus knowledge of industrial equipment and parts (bearings, lifts, material handling equipment, cranes, conveyors, elevators, couplings, hoists, gear drives, etc.).
- Strong mathematical, mechanical, and electrical skills.
- Comfortable lifting, tightening, adjusting, and securing heavy objects.
