AtTitan Machinery, our Sales Internship Program is more than just a resume booster, it's a launchpad for future sales professionals. Interns step out of their comfort zones and into real-world scenarios, gaining hands-on experience and building the skills that drive success in the equipment industry. Throughout the summer, interns will take ownership of meaningful projects that mirror the responsibilities of full-time sales professionals. From learning about sales process and techniques, cold calling, and conducting equipment demonstrations; interns learn what it takes to close deals and support customers effectively. This internship isn't about shadowing, it’s about doing. We challenge interns to think critically, communicate clearly, and push past their comfort zones.
