Deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support endpoint, printing, mobility, access control, conference room, and manufacturing technology across office and production environments.
Support manufacturing-floor technology, including label printers, RF scanners, rugged tablets, OT workstations, SAP printing, Loftware-related processes, and shop-floor peripherals.
Provide support for office, badge, label, SAP, and specialty printing environments, including setup, troubleshooting, queue validation, replacement coordination, and vendor escalation.
Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and lifecycle-manage Windows, iOS, macOS, rugged tablets, Apple TV, and other endpoint devices using standard management, asset, and lease-return processes.
Perform first-level troubleshooting for wired, wireless, VPN, and device connectivity issues, coordinating escalation with infrastructure or application teams as needed.
Own incidents and service requests through resolution with accurate documentation, timely member updates, clear closure notes, and appropriate escalation.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and process documentation to improve consistency, onboarding, and service quality.
Serve as the primary onsite IT support contact for the Holton facility while collaborating remotely with Technical Services, vendors, site contacts, and service providers.
