Recruiting a hands-on Wastewater Treatment Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure environmental compliance, and maintain efficient wastewater treatment processes in a growing food manufacturing plant. What you?ll do as the Wastewater Treatment Supervisor:
- Oversee wastewater treatment operations, testing, and process adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with environmental permits and EPA regulations.
- Manage sampling, reporting, inspections, and regulatory documentation.
- Troubleshoot equipment and treatment issues while coordinating maintenance.
- Drive safety, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for in the Wastewater Treatment Supervisor:
- At least 2 years of wastewater treatment experience.
- Knowledge of wastewater systems, laboratory testing, and environmental regulations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Wastewater Operator certification or ability to obtain required licensing.
