We're seeking an experienced Sr Production Manager to lead our production operations. This role is responsible for driving safety, production performance, quality, continuous improvement, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and promote a strong safety culture across manufacturing operations.
- Manage production teams including across two departments.
- Drive operational excellence through KPI tracking, OEE improvement, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with other departments to meet production goals and customer requirements.
- Participate in production planning, capacity management, and SIOP processes.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and support quality audits and corrective actions.
- Oversee staffing, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee development.
- Support inventory accuracy, ERP transactions, financial reporting, and month-end activities.
Qualifications- College degree is highly preferred.
- 10 years of manufacturing experience and at least 3 years of management experience of salaried staff.
- Strong experience managing production teams and driving operational performance.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Root Cause Analysis, and KPI management.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Must be slightly flexible, when needed, to support off shifts.
