What You’ll Do- Service and maintain dairy equipment on farms, with a focus on automation and robotic systems
- Represent Norwell Dairy professionally with farm customers
- Work independently while collaborating closely with the team
- Safely operate and maintain a company service van
- Take part in ongoing training: on the job, in-class, and self-directed
- Join the after-hours service rotation once fully trained
What You Bring- Strong passion for mechanical and electrical systems
- Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- High level of integrity and respect for others
- Drive to grow within the company and keep up with new technology
- Knowledge of milking equipment or agriculture is an asset
