Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :$105,145 - $142,255 Are you passionate about building innovative web solutions that make a real impact? As a Senior Web Developer on our AgExpert team, you’ll design and deliver modern applications that help Canadian producers thrive, driving the future of agriculture technology alongside a collaborative, creative and technically excellent team.
In this role, you’ll architect, design and deliver full-stack solutions for AgExpert’s web platforms, working closely with developers, stakeholders and technical leads to bring robust, scalable and user-centered features to life. You’ll play a key part in maintaining and enhancing existing systems, adding new features and fixing bugs in our commercially available agriculture software.

What you’ll do - Drive the architecture and development of modern web applications using the latest technologies
- Lead design sessions and collaborate with talented peers to solve complex technical challenges
- Write clean, maintainable code and champion best practices in code reviews
- Mentor and inspire other developers, helping the team grow and innovate
- Optimize solutions for performance, scalability and business impact
- Be a key contributor to the evolution of AgExpert’s software, directly supporting Canadian agriculture

What you’ll need - A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or statistics, and at least 10 years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Advanced skills in Angular 19+, ASP.NET Core 8+, TypeScript, SCSS, NodeJS, Yarn, Azure DevOps, Git, SQL Server and Entity Framework 7+
- Proven experience with both front-end and back-end development for enterprise web applications
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), code reviews, unit testing and DevOps practices
- Experience mentoring or coaching developers
- Knowledge of design patterns and their practical use
- Experience with commercial agriculture software, React, Docker or Kubernetes is an asset
