Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Lead complex projects with high ambiguity, applying appropriate methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Uphold project governance throughout the lifecycle.
- Align projects with business goals and provide strategic direction.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Manage scope, cost, and time adjustments effectively.
- Deliver outcomes defined by Product Owner (Agile) or Scope (Waterfall).
- Ensure projects stay within budget and financial guidelines.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and foster collaboration.
- Oversee vendor alignment with project goals and expectations.
- Manage large teams with internal and external resources.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement within teams.
- Collaborate with PMO leadership to align strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience managing medium-to-complex projects across multiple workstreams/business areas.
- Advanced French (B2+) is a must.
- Bachelor's in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PMI, Prince2); Scrum/SAP certifications are a plus.
- Pro-active and self-started approach.
- Strategic planning to align projects with organizational goals.
- Mentor project managers and teams; build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Risk management with contingency planning.
- Foster innovation and improve project outcomes.
- Set clear performance standards and provide feedback/coaching.
Hybrid type of work - 3 days per week from the office in Amsterdam.
