Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor in Seattle, WA area!
** MUST be open to shift **Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Supervise, coach, and develop production employees while fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety standards, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Manage all shift operations, including production, packaging, and shipping activities.
- Coordinate production schedules, staffing, materials, and supplies to support operational demands.
- Delegate work assignments, monitor progress, and drive special projects to completion.
- Manage labor, waste, and operational costs to achieve budget and efficiency targets.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles and technology to improve productivity and performance.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Promote a safe, quality-focused work environment that supports employee engagement and operational excellence.
Requirements:- 2+ years manufacturing experience
- Must be open to varying shifts
- Lean manufacturing experience
- Proven understanding of production and manufacturing environment
- Ability to manage and develop employees
- Experience with equipment & maintenance
