Lead the team that protects product quality and food safety every day. As a Sanitation Supervisor, you will oversee sanitation operations and ensure full compliance with company standards, USDA regulations, and food safety protocols. You will partner closely with the Site Sanitation Manager and collaborate with Food Safety Quality Assurance, Operations, and Maintenance to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic production environment. In this role, you will lead sanitation teams, execute sanitation programs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen efficiency, compliance, and overall plant performance. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about food safety, team development, and operational excellence.
Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Implement and monitor the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS), Periodic Cleaning (PIC/PEC), and sanitation verification processes (ATP, allergen, pathogen testing).
Minimum Education and Experience
Experience utilizing, managing, and affecting a formal, documented Master Sanitation System/Program.
