This Sales Support Merchandise role is based at our Skipton branch, where our customers are primarily broadacre cropping specialists who rely on exceptional service and trusted advice. You’ll play a key role in customer sales and stock control, supporting our team and delivering a seamless experience to our valued clients.
A typical day may look like:- Providing outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone, supporting sales staff and assisting with counter sales
- Safely loading trucks and assisting with local deliveries
- Preparing orders for dispatch and merchandising the store
- Responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-presented store environment
A little about you:- Proven customer service experience with strong communication skills
- Interest or experience in agriculture, particularly broadacre cropping, is highly regarded
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage
- Forklift licence required and Agsafe accreditation is desirable
- Current driver’s licence required
