This is a hands on leadership role for someone who likes to bein the action, not behind a desk. As aProduction Supervisor, you?ll be the person who keeps the operation running smoothly setting the tone, solving problems in real time, and leading a team that depends on you to keep production moving safely and efficiently.

What You?ll Be Doing
- Lead and supervise daily production operations, including machine setup and operation
- Train and coach employees onequipment use, safety, and performance expectations
- Keep production on track while maintainingquality, safety, and efficiency standards
- Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and leadership
- Address employee issues head-on by investigating concerns and driving solutions
- Support the Production Manager and jump in wherever leadership is needed

What It Takes to Lead Here
- Previousfood manufacturing experienceis a plus
- Provenleadership or supervisory experience
- Strongproblem-solving and decision-making skills
- A safety-first mindset with knowledge ofOSHA and occupational safety requirements
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- A drive to lead from the front and help build astrong, reliable team
