Quality Assurance Intern (Caldwell, ID)

Summary

Gain hands-on experience in food quality and safety while working alongside our Quality Assurance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Quality Assurance Intern, you'll support meaningful projects, analyze data, and spend time on the production floor and in the lab learning how quality and food safety come together in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Quality Assurance projects through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  
• Gain hands-on experience on the production floor and in the lab while gathering data and supporting quality initiatives.
  
• Participate in daily management meetings and learn how cross-functional teams work together to support production and quality goals.
  
• Build practical knowledge of food safety and quality programs, including sanitation, environmental monitoring, foreign material monitoring, and quality attribute grading.
  
• Assist with additional Quality Assurance projects and operational needs while gaining exposure to a food manufacturing environment.
  

Typical Education

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field from a four-year college or university.
