USDAenvironments, this role puts you at the center of a major ready-to-eat/ready-to-cook manufacturing operation. You'll lead a large team, drive compliance, and ensure product quality that meets the highest industry standards.

What You'll Do- Lead and supervise 30+ hourly employees on the night shift, working 4 PM to 2 AM
- Ensure daily production goals are met safely and efficiently
- Enforce safety procedures and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Guarantee that USDA and customer specifications are consistently achieved
- Ensure sanitation standards are met across all production areas
- Follow QA guidelines to deliver high-quality finished products
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and optimize resources
- Report directly to the Shift Superintendent
What You Bring- High School Diploma/GED required(Associate or Bachelor's Degree a plus)
- 2+ yearsin a USDA processing facility(further processing or RTE experience strongly preferred)
- 2+ years as a Production Supervisor or 4+ years as a Production Lead
- USDA experience required
- HACCP experience required(Certification a plus)
- Union experience is a plus
