Production Supervisor
Hourly $22 - $25 + Benefits in the Memphis, TN Area

What you'll do as the Production Supervisor:
- Lead and motivate production teams across multiple production lines.
- Coach employees, develop skills, and build a positive team environment.
- Coordinate staffing, schedules, materials, and daily production goals.
- Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with team leads and management to keep operations on track.
What we are looking for in the Production Supervisor:
- High School diploma or GED minimum
- Experience as team lead or production supervisor in a manufacturing plant.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate teams and hold employees accountable.
- Understanding of production schedules, safety, and quality standards.
- A positive, hands-on leadership style and willingness to take initiative.
