Responsibilities
- Lead daily production and packaging operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and customer service objectives.
- Monitor workflow, process performance, staffing, and equipment utilization to ensure efficient and consistent operations.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve performance.
Qualifications- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combinations of education and manufacturing leadership experience will be considered.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a food, beverage, consumer packaged goods, or related manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience developing teams, managing performance, and driving employee engagement.
- Bilingual Spanish is a must.
