The Production Manager needs to have bread baking experience. This person runs the production floor and is in charge of all aspect of production: formulation of products, fulfilling daily orders, quality and food safety, etc. He will also have manage scheduling, inventory and ingredient ordering duties. Availability is now so the current Production Manager can train.
