Description
DirectorofOperationsinvolvesfirstandforemostprovidingasafeworkenvironmentforteammembers,enforcementofgoodmanufacturingandfoodsafetypractices.Thispositionoverseesthecompany?sdailyoperations,ensuringefficiencyandalignmentwithorganizationalgoals.Italsoinvolvesdevelopingandimplementingoperationalplans,finitescheduling,analysisofperformancemetricsandbudgetmanagement.
Hours:5:00pm-5:00am(Nightshift)
Schedule:Monday-Friday(1weekendrotationpermonth)
EssentialDutiesandResponsibilities:
OperationalPlanningandImplementation:Developandexecuteoperationalplans,scheduling,strategiesandprocedurestosupportbusinessobjectives,growthandinnovation.
DailyOperationsManagement:Overseeday-to-dayactivitiesacrossvariousdepartmentstoensuresmoothandefficientworkflow.
PerformanceMonitoringandAnalysis:Trackkeyperformanceindicatorsandanalyzemetricstoidentifyareasforimprovementandoptimization.
ProcessImprovement:Identifyareasforimprovement,scrapandyieldasexamples,andimplementstrategiestoenhanceefficiencyandreducecosts.
BudgetManagementandCostOptimization:Manageoperationalbudgets,forecastexpenses,andimplementcostsavingmeasures.
TeamLeadership:Leadandmentortheteam,provideguidance,trainingandsupporttoachieveoperationalgoals.
EnvironmentalFocus:Beastewardofsustainablemanufacturing,focusingonwastereduction,energyconservationandwaterconservation.
StaffManagement:Overseehiring,training,andperformanceevaluationsofoperationalstaff.
