The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead daily operations, drive continuous improvement, and develop high-performing teams. This role is responsible for overseeing production, maintenance, safety, quality, and operational performance while ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Lead all plant operations and production personnel.
- Drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and monitor operational goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Partner with leadership to execute business and growth strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities including manufacturing, engineering, and maintenance.
- Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors and plant employees.
- Ensure product quality standards and customer requirements are consistently met.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Qualifications- 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience with progressive responsibility.
- Proven success leading teams in a production environment.
- Strong background in operations management, process improvement, and employee development.
- Experience driving productivity, profitability, and organizational growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
