We?re looking for an experiencedPlant Managerto lead anon-union food manufacturing facility. This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong teams, improving operations, reducing waste, and delivering results.
What You?ll Do as the Plant Manager:
- Lead day-to-day plant operations and production
- Develop, coach, and motivate plant teams
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Proactively reduce waste and improve operational performance
- Maintain strong FDA food safety and regulatory compliance
- Lead through seasonal production demands in a 24/7 operation.
What We?re Looking for in the Plant Manager:
- At least 5 years of food/beverage production experience
- At least 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience
- Strong FDA food handling and safety knowledge
- Proven success improving operations and reducing waste
- Hands-on, proactive leadership style.
