What You'll Do:
- Operate state-of-the-art processing and packing equipment with advanced manufacturing recipe management systems.
- Inspect and maintain safety standards (LOTO) and quality parameters (HACCP/GMP).
- Execute safe start-up and shutdown procedures for equipment.
- Prepare essential production documents, including manufacturing records, quality logs, and productivity reports.
- Perform Autonomous Maintenance tasks, including cleaning, inspection, and adhering to prescribed standards.
- Maintain equipment performance by understanding its structure and functions, while identifying and resolving abnormalities.
- Collaborate with a team or work independently to solve problems using tools like RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and the 5 Whys method.
- Ensure full compliance with Company Quality, Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Educated to GCSE level.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
- A proactive problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement.
Working hours -
Week 1: Sunday 19:00 - 07:00 Monday 19:00 - 07:00, Tuesday 19:00 - 07:00, Wednesday 19:00 - 07:00.
Week 2: Monday 19:00 - 07:00, Tuesday 19:00 - 07:00, Wednesday 19:00 - 07:00
