We are currently hiring on all teams, forFull-Time andPart-Time positions. We have positions available and arehiringin the following departments:
- Bakery: Counter Service and Coffee Bar
- Customer Service:Cashiers, Carts, Bag Groceries
- Grocery & Stocking: Includesfrozen foods, dry goods, dairy, and bulk foods,etc.(Must be able tolift upto 50lbs.)
- Meat: Counter Service forfresh, frozen, and smoked natural meats and poultry
- Prepared Foods: Productionandcounterforpizza, charcuterie, hot food, salad bar, sandwiches
- Produce& Floral:Production (cutting fruit) and Service (fresh and packaged)
- Seafood:Fresh, frozen, and smoked seafood
- Shoppers (E-Commerce):Online orders
- Specialty:Includescheese, beer,chocolate,andhousewares
- Whole Body:Includesvitamins, supplements, body care,and makeup
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- In an 8-hour workday: standing/walking 6-8 hours.
- Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
- Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching.
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals.
- Exposure to temperatures:<32 degrees Fahrenheit (freezing), 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit (refrigerators), >90 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, knives, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks, six-wheel carts, bailers, and other heavy machinery.
The wage range for this position is $19.25-$25.40 Hourly, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers "Whole Benefits". New entry level Team Members who successfully complete their first 90-days of employment and who remain actively employed in an eligible role, may be eligible for a base rate increase after their 90-day anniversary.
