Compensation starts at $31.00 per hour, complemented by exceptional overtime incentives, including time-and-a-half after 8 hours in a single day and double-time on Sundays. Our maintenance team is backed by excellent tools and comprehensive training from day one.
Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting high-speed processing lines, optimizing conveyor systems, diagnosing hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and executing welding and fabrication tasks. A keen eye for compliance with safety and hygiene standards is crucial, ensuring the highest levels of GMP adherence.
Candidates should possess at least one year of mechanical maintenance experience in a fast-paced production environment, with strong abilities in hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding. Experience in food processing environments is advantageous, alongside skills in basic electrical systems.
