This opportunity is with a consistently growing CPGfirm. Working with and for excellent FSQA leadership.
You will have experience:
- driving the validation of FSQA policies and procedures,including the design of studies, interpretation of data and finalizing of reports to drive policy/program alignment across manufacturing sites.
- in managing a QMS system
- in environmental monitoring
- will lead the SQF and GFSI programs
- managing the continuous review/assessment of FSQA programs and leads proposals for cross-functional evaluation of FSQA programs to ensure continuous improvement.
- in the validation/verification of FSQA data
- leading and supporting the delivery of the overall FSQA corporate audit program, including oversight of the consistent execution of facility internal audit programs and their reporting.
- supporting FSQA corporate management: to ensure FDA/USDA regulatory compliance at facilities, leadingcorrective actions,in the commercialization of new products to meet customer/consumer expectations; including, but not limited to raw material and HACCP review.
- assessing long term trends in facility corrective action/preventive measures and RCAs across the enterprise to drive consistency and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- adhering to GMP, USDA/FDA regulatory programs.
Experience:
- 4+ years leading/managing in quality in a USDA/FDA facility or corporate environment
- preferably certified in some or all: HACCP, SQF Practitioner, PCQI, Intentional Adulteration, and Internal Auditing preferred
- proficiency in SPC analysis in assessing FSQA data preferred
- ideally worked under both USDA/FDA regulatory schemes
Education:
- BS/BA in the Sciences, strongly preferred
