Principal Accountabilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs and utilize computer programs like SAP.
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.


Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to work in the US without an humanitarian Parole status related to Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua or Venezuela which is subject to the Federal Register Notice of revocation by DHS on March 25, 202
  • Consistent 3+ years of maintenance experience or industrial maintenance schooling
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and/or pneumatic systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently in English (read, write, and speak English)
  • Math skills including but not limited to fractions/decimals, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Computer literacy
  • Understand the basic metric system
  • Ability to work on weekends and holidays


Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years previous maintenance experience
  • Previous Cargill experience
  • Work history in the past 12 months
  • Ability to work with a variety of hand tools
