Clemens Food Group is seeking skilled and safety-focusedMachine Operatorsto support efficient, high-quality production operations. This position is responsible for the safe operation, setup, maintenance, and performance of production machinery while meeting product quality, yield, and safety standards.
Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment? We?re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team inBacon Production Control and Skilled Labor. In this role, you?ll ensure the safe and efficient operation of production machinery to support continuous, high-quality production runs.
What You?ll Do
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to maintain consistent output
Perform routine maintenance including blade changes, setup, cleaning, and equipment takedown
Monitor and adjust machines to meet product specifications, maximize quality, and improve yield
Complete accurate production records including weight sheets, label verifications, run times, and man-hour logs
Follow all Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures at all times
Assist with directing workflow and collaborating with team members to achieve daily production goals
Maintain a thorough understanding of product specifications, profitability, and machinery operations
What We?re Looking For
Ability to read, write, and enter data in English
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
Lockout/Tagout certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency
